Our existing GM is moving on within our small pub company, to fill his shoes the ideal candidate would ideally have worked in a similar independent business, have an entrepreneurial streak whilst being fully competent at taking the lead with all that comes with the General Manager position.

Working closely with the directors this is a role full of opportunity to make regular business decisions and be fully involved in the business growth.
