Join our esteemed establishment as a Banqueting Chef. Your duties will include:
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for large banquets.
Creating menus and ensuring variety and quality.
Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring food safety standards.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen workspace.
Details
At least one year of experience in a banqueting or high-volume kitchen.
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
